Process Quality Control

We have incoming inspection department where all incoming items are thoroughly inspected. For certain items there are a stage wise inspection system. The specially designed parts sometimes inspected at suppliers end or at our end depending on their size and volume. Rest of the parts are brought to the factory and cleared after their proper inspection. If they do not satisfy specified dimensions / material or any other requirement, they are rejected or sent back to supplier for rectification if possible.

Innovation

Designing software upgraded from auto cad to 3D design software Pro Engineer. This helps in minimizing human errors of design and also reduces designing time by distributing the task to multiple engineers simultaneously. We have also introduced paperless office culture which helps in saving natural resources and minimizing storage space requirements.

We use new generation applications for quick co-ordination among service, spares, marketing, and design personnel. Additionally, we also organize visits to customers end at a pre-defined period to attend various service calls and marketing needs in a much better way.

Our Internet facility assures easy access to new technology, validating vendors and readymade items, etc.

We also have visits to various domestic and international trade fairs that help in technological up-gradations where we also participate in some to enlarge our customer base.
